The Challenge

10 weeks to understand, define and deliver a business critical application.

With a short time frame based on multiple business dependencies, 24 were asked to define and document the requirements to deliver an internal sales application. The tool needed to improve user experience and performance.

This project involved an extremely critical piece working with client data, multiple stakeholders and a product owner.

Project Immersion

Working onsite along with the client team, we learned key business drivers and requirements.

We immersed ourselves in our client’s world through the project kickoff meeting through to interviewing agents within the sales team.

We wanted to understand the challenges faced on the current tool, so that we could build a new application to solve these problems.

During this time, we ran user interviews, outline the project plan, technical requirements and created the product roadmap.

Wireframe & UI Design

We brought the application to life defining layout and functionality and visual look and feel.

Working closely with the client stakeholders and technical team, our UX designers created an easy to user interface. We focused on maximizing usability and user experience which would ultimately speed up our client’s sales team and productively.

Iterative rollout of features and collaboration with our clients meant if something wasn’t right, we’d adjust and continue to improve the product.

Development & Testing

Working onsite we saw the improvements first hand.

All sprints were preceded by a sprint planning meeting where the tasks were established and identified. The team aligned the work for the development and features to be rolled out.

Working onsite with our client and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from planning, test execution and feedback, we ensured the application satisfied business and user needs.

We solved real challenges for end-users.
