Shaping the UX behind Australia Posts' fulfilment arm
Through an initial brand immersion, 24 Digital worked with Fulfilio to design and develop their consumer facing marketing site which was launched in November 2017.
24 were then engaged to conduct research and analysis to understand the needs of their key users of their fulfilment platform.
Working onsite with the client, we collaborated with internal teams to develop user interviews and analyse the results. The findings helped to shape the final UX of their product and how the visuals came together.
